Blue Hill Cafeteria, our casual, communal space, opened in October of 2021. The Cafeteria is anchored around a large table that opens to the Dooryard Garden, where we offer seasonal outdoor seating amongst the flower beds and their pollinators.
The Cafeteria is open Wednesday through Sunday to guests visiting the Stone Barns Center, highlighting our work with whole grains, preservation and butchery through breakfast, lunch and Community Table by Blue Hill—a family style dinner.
Reservations for both Lunch Tray at Blue Hill Cafeteria and Community Table by Blue Hill can be made online via Tock. All sales are final and reservations cannot be canceled. If your preferred booking is not available, we encourage you to add your information to the waitlist. New reservations are released one month at a time on the 15th of the month prior.
AM
Breakfast is offered from 10am to 11am with a selection of baked goods from Blue Hill’s 100% whole grain bakery. No reservations are necessary.
Lunch Trays are served from 12pm to 2:30pm in a cafeteria style, showcasing the ongoing collaborative research between the farm and the kitchen. Reservations are required. Lunch Trays are $42-48 per person, depending on the day, excluding taxes.

On select evenings each week, the same space hosts Community Table by Blue Hill, a three-course, family style supper that includes matched beverages. Reservations are required. The experience is $125 per guest, exclusive of tax and 22% administrative fee.
Matched beverages are included in the price of all bookings for Community Table, with the option to select premium pairings or bottled cocktails. Guests are welcome to bring special bottles of wine to enjoy with their dinner. The policy is limited to two 750ml bottles per table for a fee of $35 per bottle.

Blue Hill Cafeteria is a casual restaurant. Come as you are.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not accepted for Lunch Tray or Community Table reservations.
Community Table reservations only are subject to a 22% administrative fee. The Administrative Fee is used to offset operational costs. It is not a gratuity, will not be distributed as a gratuity to employees, and is subject to applicable sales taxes.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome to join us, but we do not offer a children’s menu.
