You’ve heard of green eggs and ham. How about green eggs and steak? Blue Hill at Stone Barns will reinterpret this American classic with pastured eggs from Stone Barns and grass-fed Herondale and Hardwick Beef (not to mention an array of perfect Bloody Marys). Blue Hill Farm’s Sean Stanton, Jerry Peele of Herondale Farm and Ridge Shinn of Hardwick Beef will be on-site to teach us just how delicious going green (and grass-fed) can be.
